These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Blue Frog Lawn & Bugs ("Blue Frog," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida-based pest control and lawn care company operating at 5372 Catalyst Avenue, Sarasota, Florida 34233.

Your use of our website or services — including submitting a contact form, requesting a free estimate, scheduling a service, or communicating with us by phone, email, or text — constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Section 02

Services & Scope of Work

Blue Frog Lawn & Bugs provides residential and commercial pest control and lawn care services in Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte counties, including but not limited to:

• General pest control and insect management
• Lawn fertilization and spraying
• Insect and weed control
• Palm tree care and treatments
• Rodent control and baiting
• Termite inspection, treatment, and monitoring

All services are subject to a service agreement or work order executed at the time of scheduling. The specific scope, pricing, frequency, and terms of each service engagement are governed by the applicable service agreement, which supplements these Terms.

Service Area

Our services are available primarily within Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte counties in Florida. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our standard service area at our sole discretion.

Service Results

While we stand behind the quality of our work and offer a free 48-hour callback guarantee on pest control services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes in all circumstances. Pest activity, environmental conditions, and property-specific factors may affect results. We will work with you in good faith to address any concerns that arise.

Acceptable Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Estimates & Pricing

Free estimates provided through our website, by phone, or in person are based on information available at the time of the assessment. All estimates are subject to change upon on-site inspection and may be revised based on actual property conditions, pest activity levels, or scope changes.

Estimates are not binding contracts. A final price will be confirmed in your service agreement prior to work beginning. We will not commence work without your approval of the final quoted price.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, accepted methods, and billing cycles will be outlined in your individual service agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge a late fee on overdue balances as specified in your service agreement.

Cancellations & Refunds

Refund and cancellation terms are governed by your individual service agreement. Please refer to your signed service agreement or contact us directly to discuss your specific situation.

Section 06

Scheduling & Cancellations

Scheduling Appointments

Service appointments may be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website contact form. All appointments are subject to technician availability and are confirmed by Blue Frog Lawn & Bugs staff. Submitting a request form does not constitute a confirmed appointment.

Access to Property

You agree to provide our technicians with reasonable access to your property at the scheduled time. If access is unavailable, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment and may charge a trip fee as specified in your service agreement.

Cancellations by Customer

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee or termination of the service agreement at our discretion.

Cancellations by Blue Frog

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, technician availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at the earliest available time.

Section 07

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to our services exceed the total amount paid by you to Blue Frog Lawn & Bugs in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for damages resulting from:

• Pre-existing property conditions or damage not caused by our technicians
• Your failure to follow post-treatment instructions provided by our staff
• Third-party products or services recommended or referenced on our website
• Events outside our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, or force majeure events
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data transmitted through our website

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
